What are webhooks?
Webhooks are automated messages sent from apps when something happens. Aigent Portal sends your inputs (text, files, triggers) to a unique URL you provide, which your AI agent or automation listens to.
Is Aigent Portal secure?
Yes. We don't require API keys, collect zero user data, and store all configuration locally on your device. Communication is direct between your app and your webhook URL. Header authentication is supported for endpoint security.
What kind of AI agents or automations can I connect?
Any system that can listen and respond to incoming webhooks! This includes custom AI models, platforms like n8n or Make, cloud functions, or your own backend applications.
Do I need my own server?
You need a publicly accessible webhook URL for your AI agent/automation. This could be self-hosted, a cloud function, or provided by an automation platform.
What data does the app store?
Only the configuration data you enter: webhook URLs and optional header authentication details. This is stored locally on your device and never sent to us.
When is the iOS version coming?

Aigent Portal is designed with privacy at its core. We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following:

- Conversation Data: Any text, voice messages, images, documents, or other content you send through the App to your webhook URLs is NOT collected, stored, or seen by us. It is transmitted directly from your device to the URL you configure.
- Usage Data: We do not collect analytics about how you use the App, such as feature usage frequency, session duration, or crash reports (unless explicitly added later and disclosed).
- Device Information: We do not collect specific information about your device, such as device ID, operating system version, or hardware model, beyond what is necessary for the basic functioning of any standard mobile application.
Information We Store (Locally Only)
The only information the App stores is the configuration data you provide directly within the App:
- The webhook URLs you enter to connect to your agents/automations.
- Any corresponding header authentication details (e.g., tokens, keys) you choose to save for those URLs.
This information is stored exclusively on your local device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you uninstall the App, this data is typically removed according to the standard behavior of your device's operating system.
How Information is Used
Since we do not collect personal data or conversation content, we do not use such information.
The locally stored configuration data (webhook URLs and headers) is used solely for the core functionality of the App: to enable the App to send requests to the specific endpoints you have configured.
Data Security
We rely on the security features of your mobile device's operating system to protect the locally stored configuration data. You are responsible for ensuring the security of the webhook URLs you use and the systems they connect to. The App facilitates this interaction but does not provide the AI agents or automation services themselves.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate webhook URLs and any necessary authentication details (e.g., headers).
- Ensuring you have the right to interact with the webhook URLs you configure.
- The security, availability, and proper functioning of the external AI agents, automation services, and webhook endpoints you connect to the App.
- The legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data you transmit and the actions you trigger using the App.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication details used.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the App and the services you connect it to.
- Not using the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is the property of the App developers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The license granted does not transfer any ownership rights.

- THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSED THROUGH YOUR CONFIGURED WEBHOOKS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or data handling practices of the third-party services or custom systems you connect to via webhooks.
7. Limitation of Liability
